We also collect data others give to us about you, for example

• Data from insurance company or entity paying your loss.
• Your vehicle manufacture or car dealer
• Consumer reporting agencies

Sharing Data

We may share data with affiliated companies and with other companies so that they can perform services for us or on your behalf, for example disclose data to:

• Other companies for customer or administrative services
• To entity paying for your repairs
• To parts supplies
• To independent vendors who supply a service on your vehicle or to research vehicle information.

We may also disclose data as permitted or required by law, for example:

• To law enforcement officials
• In response to subpoenas
• To prevent fraud

We do not share data except as described in this section, with outside companies so they can market their products and services directly to you. However, we may use data to send you marketing offers on behalf of selected outside companies for products they sell.
