State Farm offers its Select Service program to help policyholders find collision repair facilities. Under Hawaii state regulations, you retain the right to choose the auto body shop you trust to repair your vehicle, regardless of network recommendations.
You are not required to use a particular State Farm-recommended facility, and you generally do not need to collect multiple estimates before bringing your car to Kuroda Autobody unless your insurer requires them.

Provide us with your State Farm claim number upon arrival or during your initial estimate so our team can coordinate your repair information with your insurance representative.
Comprehensive Shop Assessment & Teardown
Initial estimates may be based on visible damage. Once repairs begin, additional damage may be identified during disassembly. We document those findings along with any required manufacturer repair procedures.
Itemized Adjuster Submissions
We prepare detailed repair documentation, including supplemental requests when additional accident-related damage is discovered, for State Farm's review and approval.
Deductible Settlement
Your State Farm deductible is determined by your policy and confirmed by your insurer. If a deductible applies, it is generally paid to the repair shop. State Farm determines payment for covered repairs under your approved claim.
